  • For clients organizing virtual or in-person events, workshops, or webinars, this add-on provides full coordination services. This includes scheduling, logistics, attendee management, and follow-up, ensuring a smooth and successful event. Services include sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, preparing event materials, and managing event-day logistics. The price varies depending on the expected number of attendees, allowing flexibility for smaller or larger events.

    • Hourly Client Rate:

      • Up to 25 attendees: $500 per event

      • 26-50 attendees: $600 per event

      • 51-100 attendees: $700 per event

      • 100+ attendees: $900 per event

    • Retainer Client Rate (10% discount):

      • Up to 25 attendees: $450 per event

      • 26-50 attendees: $540 per event

      • 51-100 attendees: $630 per event

      • 100+ attendees: $810 per event

    Note: For events with more than 100 attendees or highly complex events (e.g., multi-day conferences), pricing may be further customized based on the client’s specific needs and level of coordination required.
